This site is run by BALLRMKT and is a pre-launch page for a football marketplace that is still in development. By using it you agree to these terms.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the beta or the marketplace, and it does not create a contract. We plan to send beta invitations in waves, in card order, on a timeline we control. Perks, such as priority invites in card order, a founding member badge and an early username pick, are our plans for the launch and may change. Dates, such as the private beta in early 2027 and the public launch in spring 2027, are plans and may change.
Demo content
The jerseys and listing details shown in the preview are examples that show how the marketplace will look. They are not real listings, are not for sale, and cannot be bought, offered on or reserved. Information such as season, brand and condition in these previews is illustrative.
Trademarks and third-party names
BALLRMKT is our name and mark. Club and team names, crests and brands that appear in photos or examples belong to their owners. They are shown for illustration only, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Using the site
Please use the site honestly. Do not submit other people's details without their permission, try to break or overload the site, or use automated tools to sign up in bulk.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on its content.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
